The plumber that helped me was great. He let me know that there are still professionals out here working that actually put the customers first and don’t leave until the customer feels whole with what they’re paying for. He talks to you like a human being and not a robot and doesn’t treat you like you’re just another number. He gives you the feeling that every job is unique and every customer needs a different approach. He communicates well and nothing seems forced or rushed—a great breath of fresh air and money well spent, especially with everything costing so much these days. He does his job so well you feel like a douche bag if you don’t tip because it’s so rare to find someone who meets all the criteria of a great worker.

I’ve used Hall’s twice in the last few months for unrelated issues. Both times I was able to get scheduled the same day. At this point, I don’t even consider calling another company because of the level of customer service and ease of scheduling. Tech was great and knowledgeable, and even though my issue is more complicated than it seemed originally, was able to get it fixed for me in a few hours.

A car drove through a fence into my garden and broke a pipe which was spouting water. Orlando at Hall's arrived within an hour—even though it was evening—and capped it off. Then the full repairs were done within a day and a half. Great service! Hall's has done my water heater replacement, plus repairs to sewer and water main for me. Excellent work every time!

I wish I could give Chris, his crew, and everyone at Hall's Plumbing that I had the pleasure of dealing with 100 stars. They were responsive, informative, knowledgeable, patient, and affordable. The bottom line is they really know what's going on and they 'get on the good foot' to accomplish quickly and properly. Chris was explaining what's going on and, most important, how much it cost every step of the way. We were so confused about what was going on in the beginning of the treatment when Hall finally took over. We never could imagine that someone would flush down our toilet an eyelash curler, a pair of tweezers, and one other unidentified metal something! Once we knew what the problem was, we were just trembling in our boots thinking of the cost to get all this removed from our line. But we were given many different options, fair pricing, and immediate scheduling. Phew! I truly felt like we were in the hands of the best in the dirtiest business in town! Hall's Plumbing will forever be my plumbing company and I will be a walking, talking advertisement for them as well! Excellent service! I called Hall's Plumbing to get a quote on a replacement of a hose bib and riser—and I wanted the new assembly to include a water hammer arrestor. I talked with Cat on the phone, and she answered many of my questions. She arranged for an in-person estimate with Orlando. I was very glad to work with Orlando because his knowledge is extensive. He answered all my questions in a very professional manner. We arranged to have the work done by Miguel and John a few days later. They came out and worked diligently and efficiently, and they were careful to work around the objects in the yard I had asked them not to disturb.
