It would be 10/10 stars if it were an option! I made an appointment for a backed up kitchen sink and was able to get a technician scheduled for the same day on a Friday afternoon. Allen called shortly after, saying he was in the area and could see us within the hour of making the appointment. I cannot express how lovely he was and how diligently he worked at resolving our issue. He communicated every step along the way and checked in before needing to use more equipment. We ended up also seeing Zach since the situation was more challenging than first thought. They both were incredibly professional and courteous, couldn’t have asked for better service. From the original call to their cleanup, 10/10 stars. High recommend.

Allen showed up to help with a clogged kitchen pipe. He was very friendly and professional. He provided me with a number of options to clear the blockage and explained each step. Once we determined the appropriate option, he got to work. Once he finished the work, he showed me the video and explained next steps and how to keep it from happening in the future. I appreciate the professionalism and honesty shown and would recommend both Hall's Plumbing and Allen for future repairs.

I had a great experience with Allen from Hall's Plumbing. He came out to address a clogged sink and handled it quickly and professionally, snaked the line, and had everything draining perfectly again in no time. What really impressed me was that he didn’t stop there: he took the time to troubleshoot my shower issue as well (I couldn't find the part numbers) and helped identify the correct parts I needed to fix it properly, which have now been ordered. Allen was knowledgeable, respectful, and thorough, and he explained everything clearly so I understood what was going on. It’s rare to find a technician who’s not only efficient but also truly helpful and detail-oriented. I highly recommend Allen and will definitely call Hall's Plumbing again!!!!

The fellow that showed up was a young guy. Seemed very confident. Gave me a few options before he even looked into the clog. I opted for the cheapest. He inspected the clog with a camera and actually cleared it while doing so. He ran a snake down the pipe and re-inspected to make sure the pipe was cleared and had not been damaged while cleaning. Good service, I will use them in the future if needed.

Like most of us, I get anxiety when I have a plumbing problem. Flashes of dollar signs and a plumber trying to take advantage of the situation to pad their pockets make me so worried. Well, that all changed today. I had a bad clog that I couldn’t get to clear out and I had to find someone to help. I took a shot in the dark and called Hall’s Plumbing. Joseline answered the phone and was the friendliest and most helpful person. She put me at ease and answered all of my questions. She helped to figure out how urgent my situation was and determined that I needed same-day service. She got me on the schedule right away and just took such good care of me. Not long afterward, Chris and Allen showed up. These guys were friendly, clean, courteous, and informative. Very professional and so nice. They listened and told me their plan. They quoted me for the job and I agreed. I didn’t feel that they were charging too much, so I agreed and these guys went right to work. They cleared everything out in no time, offered some advice on a potential future upgrade that I might want to consider, gave me a written quote for it when I asked for it, and they were on their way. They were so nice that it felt like they were family. I sure hope that their boss reads this. These guys are top notch. Mr. Boss… You scored when you hired these three employees. Totally awesome.

He quickly diagnosed the problem and got to work unclogging the blocked pipe. Chris explained what he was doing as he worked, and kept everything clean and contained. Within an hour my sink was draining freely again. I thought the price was reasonable and he guaranteed his work, so I'm confident this fix will last. Their efficient, high-quality service solved my clogged sink promptly and left me with a working kitchen again! Contacted Hall’s Plumbing regarding an issue on the north side of my house with standing water after rain or cleaning the patio area. Gave details to Madeline, I apologize if I didn’t get her name correct, and was pleasantly surprised that someone could come out as soon as the next day. Received phone call 30 minutes ahead of the technicians' arrival. Adam greeted me as I walked out to meet him. He took a look and assessed the issue. Both he and Chris were able to locate and clear the drain that was the culprit. They explained everything and walked myself and husband through what they were doing and what was found. Both were professional and great to talk to as we had questions. Thanks to those two, we are now not going to have 2 inches of standing water when it rains and they gave our drains the all clear as well. Would recommend Hall’s without hesitation. Great job guys and thank you!!!

Satisfactory but expensive Aug 18, 2022

They figured out what was wrong and gave me 3 options for cleaning out the cleanout drain. Prices ranged from $300 to $650. We chose the middle option. I am not at all unhappy with the work they did, and the men were very polite and explained everything. My only complaint is that it was way more expensive than I expected. I know I could have taken their estimates and called other plumbers, but at that moment all I wanted was to get my kitchen sink back in working order. And it is. They also gave me advice for prevention. All in all—satisfactory but expensive.
