Old water heater suddenly stopped working yesterday, discovered while taking a cold shower in the morning. I called Hall’s Plumbing in Woodland because they have done good work for me in the past, a big trenchless sewer job and some smaller jobs during the pandemic. They sent an inspector out the same afternoon, gave me options for a new water heater to replace my 12 and 1/2-year-old heater. I chose the best option and Erik from Hall’s spent almost this entire day installing the new water heater in 95-degree heat. I am impressed with this excellent, quick service. 10 stars!!!

We had our water heater go out, and we called Hall's for a quote for a fix. Austin had arrived to do a quick inspection, and immediately he recommended a new unit. He advised us that we had corrosion and some things were not up to 'code.' We had no idea of the issues and were thankful for Austin's assessment. He sent Edgar out to do the install, and he knocked it out of the park! Our new system had items we’d never seen, and everything was done beautifully and up to 'code.' Edgar did a great job explaining how our new system works and cleaned up after he was done. The job only took about 3 hours by 1 person.
