Big improvement in taste and water quality
I am very happy with the Halo 5 whole house water system that Hall’s Plumbing recently installed. I had a good experience setting up my appointments with Kat in the office. Austin thoroughly explained the system and answered my many questions. I felt that the cost was a good value for a great product compared to water softeners and other systems I’d heard about from friends. Dylan and Emmanuel installed the system a week ago and it is a big improvement. My family has noticed a difference in better taste and less hardness of the water.

We recently bought a house in Davis, CA. Yesterday I spoke with Orlando from Hall's Plumbing about a whole house filtration system. He was excellent! He's personable, kind, informative, and very knowledgeable. Orlando explained the different systems to me in the great detail I requested and helped me understand the new vocabulary and concepts. He also walked around the house with me to explain exactly where everything would go. I give him my highest recommendation.
I also spoke with Orlando about my concern with another company’s repair of tree roots interfering, causing a potential sewer problem. Later yesterday afternoon, Chris Mays came to do an inspection of our sewer system. Again, he was also a very nice, professional, and knowledgeable young man who walked me through his results with words and pictures. He showed me the remaining problems that had not been properly fixed. Later that afternoon, I was sent a report with pictures of the results of his inspection.
