I had a great experience with this company. They were timely, knowledgeable, and professional. Michael, one of their technicians, took the time to explain the process of what he had to do to unclog our drains and showed me a few of the things he was looking at to solve it. We hired them for their aqua jet service. We had a major drain issue due to grease buildup in the pipes that caused all drains to overflow during busy shifts. I cannot recommend them and their service enough. Solved our issue immediately with no issues to note since. This is something we had dealt with for years during this time of year, not anymore! We will be using this company in the future for business and personal plumbing issues that arise.

Great service! Had James come out and run a cam down the kitchen cleanout pipe and saw the line had a lot of buildup, so we decided to go ahead and run the water jetter, and man, does that thing work! The before and after videos were amazing. We started with greasy and nasty buildup and ended up with what looked like brand new lines. Couldn’t be happier! Thank you, guys! We should be good to go for many, many more years now. The tech had good conversation, was very detailed about the business and what exactly was going on, and how we could best solve the issues for a great price. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend this company. Had a mainline blocked by roots, and they fixed the issue. At $650 for my line, their hydro jetting service was less than half the price of the national brand I was quoted, and still well under the $1000 my realtor estimated the repair to cost.
The techs, Jon and Carson, were also great. Took the time to understand the full picture of why I was calling and answered all my questions in detail. They did a few extra little things like locate where I need to dig to find my city clean-out access that were really appreciated.
Update 12/4/23: Halls came out again to help us. This time it was Chris and another tech. Highly recommend this company for both consistent quality service and price.
