He walked me through every step, and when we had to have a city worker come out, Ian stayed to ensure that all of the information was communicated properly. The morning of, I ended up getting called into the office and had to reschedule. Erica was incredibly helpful and quickly moved my appointment to the 12–6 window—thank you, Erica.
