After unsuccessfully trying to clear the drain line from the master bedroom toilet for a day and a half on my own with the help of a neighbor, we called Hall’s Plumbing. They gave us a window of 8 a.m.–6 p.m. and said the tech would call about 30 minutes ahead of time. Allen called shortly after 8 a.m. and said he could be there in about 10 minutes. We can't say enough good things about Allen. He was polite, professional, and very thorough. Allen showed me via the camera everything that was going on with our sewer drain lines from the clogged toilet line all the way to the street. He got us up and running again and provided recommendations on what we could do with the old cast iron drain pipes to prevent this from happening in the future. It's great to see such fine young people working in the trades! Thank you Hall’s for hiring such quality people and providing us great service!!

Very professional and efficient
We called Hall’s Plumbing after a spoon was accidentally flushed down the toilet. Allen was able to come out a day before our scheduled appointment and take care of the problem immediately. We are located out of state and were worried about the logistics, but Hall’s scheduled the work with the tenants and then kept us in the loop during the whole process. Allen was very professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently.
