Joe, the project manager, is very knowledgeable, patient, and a good communicator, answering questions—sometimes the same ones—for someone like me who does not know much about pipe bursting, without getting frustrated and/or making me feel dumb.
And, I think he got the City of Woodland to get here quickly, within a week or so, to replace 9 feet of their Orangeburg pipe in spite of the fact that the city has a lot of projects going on.
