Austin came on schedule to bring back hot water. He was quick and thorough and drained the water tank and adjusted settings and confirmed when the water turned hot again. This was my first experience with Hall’s and I was very impressed. I recommend Hall’s and Austin.

This is the second time we have used Hall’s Plumbing for a repair/replacement at our home. I called today about a water heater replacement, and they were able to send someone out the same day! Ian stopped by and took a look at the old water heater. He explained everything in detail about why it was time for a new one and the difference in all our options for a new one. What an incredible experience Jan 16, 2026

What an incredible experience we had with Hall’s Plumbing! I called them just after 5 p.m. when our water heater stopped working. They had someone at our house the next morning at 9 a.m. to look at our water heater. I decided that due to the age of our water heater and cost to repair, it would be best to replace our water heater. Hall’s had a new water heater installed by 5 p.m. that same day! Emmanuel installed our water heater, and he did a great job. I could not be happier. Thank you, Hall’s Plumbing!

I can't say enough about how great these guys are. I've had persistent trouble with my tankless water heater (for over a year), and several plumbers have come and gone—charging me more than Hall's and then disappearing without fixing the problem. Orlando showed up and diagnosed the problem—spot on. We are scheduling the final repair now, but these guys get the gold medal for responsiveness, professionalism, and quality knowledge. We arrived home from a month-long trip only to discover that our water heater was no longer functioning. We have worked with Hall’s Plumbing in the past with excellent results, so I called them. They sent a technician out to evaluate our situation by 3:00. We decided on replacing our 12-year-old unit. “When can we do this?” thinking of cold showers for a while. “We will be out tomorrow.” I laughed, “That is Hall’s service for you.” The next day Eric Hermida showed up with lots of stuff and spare parts and started in. He said it was a big job but was not deterred. At about 4:30 the cavalry showed up in the form of Jeff and Gustavo. The bantering began and the job was finished in an hour. A great crew and we had our hot showers that night. Thank you Hall’s and all the great people you have. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Old water heater suddenly stopped working yesterday, discovered while taking a cold shower in the morning. I called Hall’s Plumbing in Woodland because they have done good work for me in the past, a big trenchless sewer job and some smaller jobs during the pandemic. They sent an inspector out the same afternoon, gave me options for a new water heater to replace my 12 and 1/2-year-old heater. I chose the best option and Erik from Hall’s spent almost this entire day installing the new water heater in 95-degree heat. I am impressed with this excellent, quick service. 10 stars!!!

I called on a weekend with no hot water and received a call back and a visit on the same day. Within two days, the problem of a dead water heater was fixed and at a really competitive rate. I worked with two technicians from Hall’s, both of them amazing. Austin helped with the estimate and Edgar did the work. Each of them educated me along the way on what I needed to know. We had our water heater go out, and we called Hall's for a quote for a fix. Austin had arrived to do a quick inspection, and immediately he recommended a new unit. He advised us that we had corrosion and some things were not up to 'code.' We had no idea of the issues and were thankful for Austin's assessment. He sent Edgar out to do the install, and he knocked it out of the park! Our new system had items we’d never seen, and everything was done beautifully and up to 'code.' Edgar did a great job explaining how our new system works and cleaned up after he was done. The job only took about 3 hours by 1 person. My water heater started leaking last week. I called three different companies for quotes. Halls sent someone (Orlando) to evaluate the situation in person and provide me a quote for several different options at no cost. I ended up going with Halls because their reviews were good and my experience with Orlando was great. He answered all the specific questions I had about different options. An installer came yesterday morning and replaced the tank and also did an excellent job. He was very friendly, communicative, and let me ask all my questions about the new system. Everyone I interacted with in the office when asking questions about quotes and scheduling were very friendly and responsive. I had a great experience with Halls, and they will be my go-to from now on. I highly recommend them for water heater replacements or other plumbing needs!

Within hours of our old water heater stopping to function, they were able to replace it with a brand new one and get us back up and running. Hall’s never gave up on us. Nov 22, 2022

Well, we certainly experienced quite the journey with Hall’s. They installed a State Select water heater as we required a direct vent. It cost us $950 more than what was originally quoted, but we found out that direct vents are going to be more expensive and it was not the model they typically use. Once installed, it did not keep the pilot light on. We had to restart 2–3 times daily. We informed them of this issue and they were all over it. They came out and offered recommendations, and when that didn’t work, contacted the manufacturer who recommended a replacement part. That didn’t work either, so the manufacturer approved a replacement. The replacement now seems to be working fine. This experience was a real pain, but Hall’s never gave up on us. Everyone at Hall’s was professional and sensitive to our challenges. A special positive shout out to Orlando. He came by on several occasions and we spoke by phone about twice daily until the situation was finally resolved. It took about 15 days with sporadic hot water to eventually resolve, but that was due to the manufacturer replacement timeline. This replacement was a real pain, but we felt Hall’s never forgot about us and prioritized us when replacement parts were available. Thus far, our new water heater continues to work and we are thankful for the entire Hall’s team, who put up with and understood our frustrations and did everything they could to resolve our issues as quickly as possible. Everyone who came out was pleasant and very professional. We will certainly use Hall’s Plumbing again when we have any type of plumbing issues.
