We Felt Like We Were in Good Hands
Our under-slab plumbing had finally failed after 28 years underground in the Pioneer Park area of Woodland (a common problem in this area). The water system needed to be completely repiped, both hot and cold. During this frustrating time, my wife and I were extremely happy with how well we were treated by Hall's Plumbing. From the time of the estimate done by Orlando, who made sure that everything made sense before the job started, to the completed work, we felt like we were in good hands. He explained in detail all that would be done, and all expectations were completed as explained and on time. The work crew of Hall's was fantastic. They were courteous, fully prepared to do the job each day, respected our house as if it were theirs, and most of all, cleaned up at the end of each day as if they were never there. The crew led by Ernesto Sr. and his son, Ernesto Jr., were amazing and answered all questions and did great work. There were three other crew members too, but I cannot remember their names, but they were equally amazing. I can't express more how happy we are with the work done at our house and how well everything turned out. If I could leave 10 stars, I would. Of course a plumbing emergency occurs when you have houseguests. In this case our shower was seriously clogged. I called Hall's at 10 a.m. on Saturday morning of Memorial Day weekend, and Zach was at our house by 1 p.m., having called 30 minutes in advance to let us know he was on the way. They've done a lot of work for me over the last month.
Complete waste-line rebuilds. And they will be soon redoing a water heater for me as well.
I had a major plumbing problem last month, and Hall's clearly documented all the damage for me, and gave me clear estimates. They also gave me a veterans discount, which is amazing, because hardly anyone does that anymore.
I've had other companies go under the house into the crawlspace for other issues, and they even mentioned the new repair work and said, "You had really good plumbers do this."
It wasn't cheap. But plumbing isn't cheap in general. From what I can tell, Hall's has been right in line with fair prices. They have financing options available too. Since I live in Sacramento and don't intend on leaving the area, I will continue using their services in the future as well.

Would give 10 stars if I could! Called yesterday and requested a quote, spoke with Chris (owner) and explained our issue. He agreed to send a tech over between 8:30–10 a.m. Our technicians Jessee and Zach arrived exactly at 8:30 and got immediately to work diagnosing the problem. They checked every possibility for the issue, and at the end of it our system had a full refresh! Took like an hour, and everyone was so kind. These guys go ABOVE and BEYOND!

My toilets were in full-blown crisis mode, and I was seconds away from losing it. Then Ian shows up right on time like a calm, unbothered superhero ready to handle absolute chaos.
He came in, took one look at the situation, and went to work. And yes… this man plunged my shit like a true professional. No hesitation, no judgment, just straight-up skill and commitment. I was both impressed and slightly in awe 😂
On top of that, he was super friendly and easy to talk to, which somehow made a very questionable situation feel completely normal. Same-day service saved me, pricing was fair, and everything was handled fast.

William cleared the blockage at the kitchen sink drain quickly and efficiently. He then tested it, took and sent a video of the water draining to me, and left.
Eric came on a different day to replace rusted pipes under the same sink which were rusted and leaking. He did the job quickly and was able to do it without having to cut into the wall, which saved me an additional $1K. He then sent photos of the new drainage pipes as well as the rusted pipes.
