We Felt Like We Were in Good Hands
Our under-slab plumbing had finally failed after 28 years underground in the Pioneer Park area of Woodland (a common problem in this area). The water system needed to be completely repiped, both hot and cold. During this frustrating time, my wife and I were extremely happy with how well we were treated by Hall's Plumbing. From the time of the estimate done by Orlando, who made sure that everything made sense before the job started, to the completed work, we felt like we were in good hands. He explained in detail all that would be done, and all expectations were completed as explained and on time. The work crew of Hall's was fantastic. They were courteous, fully prepared to do the job each day, respected our house as if it were theirs, and most of all, cleaned up at the end of each day as if they were never there. The crew led by Ernesto Sr. and his son, Ernesto Jr., were amazing and answered all questions and did great work. There were three other crew members too, but I cannot remember their names, but they were equally amazing. I can't express more how happy we are with the work done at our house and how well everything turned out. If I could leave 10 stars, I would. Both plumbers did a great job.
William cleared the blockage at the kitchen sink drain quickly and efficiently. He then tested it, took and sent a video of the water draining to me, and left.
Eric came on a different day to replace rusted pipes under the same sink which were rusted and leaking. He did the job quickly and was able to do it without having to cut into the wall, which saved me an additional $1K. He then sent photos of the new drainage pipes as well as the rusted pipes.
